Chief Executive Officer

AMD Global's founder and CEO, Dharmesh Patel, MD, is an emergency room physician.

Prior to establishing AMD Global, Dr. Patel was Co-Founder of Neighbors Emergency Centers and served as Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2015. During his tenure, he helped steer and expand Neighbors Emergency Center from its infancy to one of the largest independently held systems of freestanding emergency rooms in the nation, with more than 30 locations across the United States. Dr. Patel later shifted his healthcare development prowess to AMD Global to deliver some of the nation's leading medical, billing, and real estate assets.

Through Dr. Patel's vision, AMD Global has expanded its list of projects to include Class-A medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, freestanding emergency rooms, micro-hospitals, and full-sized general acute care hospitals. While expanding AMD Global's healthcare footprint, Dr. Patel successfully created management and staffing companies for these facilities to provide back-office services, including accounting, supply-chain management, legal, HR, credentialing, and on-boarding support.

With over ten years of primary experience, Dr. Patel has created one of the most prominent revenue cycle management companies that specialize in both in-network and out-of-network professional and facility billing in the region.
